Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what Main Street Plans, operated by GRAH AI SYSTEMS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62099KA2026OPC221190), collects and why. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Your plan answers: business type, location, your description of the business, the numbers you enter, and optional names.
- Payment details from PayPal: the order and payment IDs, the amount, and the email address PayPal shares with us. Card numbers go to PayPal, never to us.
- Your email address, if you sign in (to save your plan) or pay — so we can send your receipt, deliver your plan and, if you saved numbers, a few emails about them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; receipts and delivery emails always arrive.
- Usage data: Vercel Web Analytics (cookie-free), Google Analytics (pages visited, how you arrived, and checkout and purchase events; it uses cookies) and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps that show how pages are used; what you type into forms is masked). In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics runs without cookies. Standard server logs.
How we use it
- To calculate your numbers and write and deliver your plan.
- To provide support, fix errors and handle refunds.
- To keep the service secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase/Firestore (storage and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), PayPal (payments), Anthropic (the AI writing system that drafts plan text from your answers and the calculated figures), Resend (sending email), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Retention and deletion
We keep your plan so its private link keeps working. Email help@mainstreetplans.com from the address you paid with, with your plan link, and we will delete it. We keep payment records as required for accounting and tax.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws can exercise the rights those laws give them by emailing us.
