Refund policy

You see your startup budget, break-even and local market numbers before you pay, so you know what the plan is built on. After you buy:

• If we don’t deliver your plan within 24 hours of payment, you get a full refund.
• If your plan has a factual or calculation error, tell us within 30 days and we will correct it. If we can’t correct it, we refund you in full.
• If you made a typo in your answers (wrong city, wrong price), email us within 7 days and we’ll regenerate the plan with the right inputs once, free.

Because the plan is a digital product written for you on purchase, we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind once it has been delivered correctly.

To request a fix or refund, email help@mainstreetplans.com with your plan link. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5–10 business days.
