Main Street Plans (mainstreetplans.com) is operated by GRAH AI SYSTEMS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62099KA2026OPC221190), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Ahad Excellencia, Choodasandra, Carmelram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560035, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a plan you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Main Street Plans produces business plans from your answers and from published federal statistics (U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Federal Reserve). Your startup numbers, break-even and local market figures are shown free. The complete written plan costs $49 (one-time) and is delivered as a web page at a private link and as a downloadable PDF, usually within minutes of payment.
Not professional advice
Plans are planning tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and projections are estimates, not guarantees. Federal statistics describe averages for an area and industry; your results will differ. Confirm licenses, permits, taxes and fees with the relevant government offices, and consult a qualified professional before committing money. We do not guarantee that any lender, landlord or investor will accept a plan.
No government affiliation
Main Street Plans is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the U.S. Small Business Administration or any government agency.
How plans are written
Numbers are calculated by our software from the data above and your inputs. The narrative text is drafted by an AI writing system that works only from those calculated figures and your answers, and is checked so that it cannot contain figures we did not compute. You are responsible for reviewing the plan before you rely on it or share it.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Your content and your plan
You keep ownership of the answers you give us. Once you have paid, you may use, edit, print and share your plan for any lawful purpose. Our site, software, templates and branding remain ours.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to access other people’s plans, and no unlawful businesses.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business losses arising from decisions made using a plan.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live.
